The Reprogrammer is a gadget used in the Chicago: Stealth mission. It is obtained in a storm drain close to the G5 Building, and is used to reprogram the Taxi so that it crashes, luring the guards stationed near to the G5 Building, allowing Joanna to successfully infiltrate the building.
The Reprogrammer is simply a Data Uplink, renamed and repurposed for the Chicago mission.
