Deep Sea: Nullify Threat

Deep Sea: Nullify Threat is the fourteenth level in Perfect Dark. The level is set inside the sunken Cetan Ship. The main objectives are to disable the Cetan Superweapon, and to rescue and restore Dr. Caroll.

Cheese

You'll need the Sniper rifle to see this one. Just after leaving the large room at the start of the mission, look out through the large window on the left. Zoom in and you should see the cheese sitting out on the ocean floor.

Leaderboard Crown

Can't Touch This - To earn this Crown, you must complete the first objective (Reactivate the teleportals), without taking any damage, on Perfect Agent difficulty. This Crown can be quite challenging to earn, as most of the enemies leading up to the teleportal possess Shotguns, which can damage you from a suprising distance on Perfect Agent. The best advice is to take your time on this one. Make good use of your Falcon 2 (Scoped), and let Elvis kill the guards in the first few rooms with his FarSight. On the way, you will encounter guards with CMP-150s, as well as a few Mr. Blondes, who may pose even more danger if you are not careful. 

Cheats

To unlock the "Jo Shield " Cheat, beat the mission on any difficulty. This Cheat, when activated, allows you to start any mission with a Shield. To unlock the "FarSight " Cheat, beat the mission in under 7:27 on Perfect Agent difficulty. This Cheat, when activated, allows you to start any mission with a FarSight XR-20.

Trivia

• It is implied that at some point a dataDyne guard killed an uncloaked skedar, and shortly further in the area if you are fast enough you can find a dead dataDyne guard next to a shield and shotgun implying skedar got revenge on the one who did it.
