The Accuracy Medal is an award earned after a match in the Combat Simulator. It features in Perfect Dark, and is denoted by a green star.

This medal can seemingly only be earned in a Combat Simulator match in which more than one player is participating. This medal, along with the Head Shot Medal, cannot be earned in a solo Combat Simulator match.
